Eleni Diamantidou, MD

Dr. Diamantidou has made significant contributions to oncology and hematology through a distinguished career path: 1993-1994: Served as Senior Resident in Pathology at the University of Connecticut Breast Unit and Transplant Unit. Notably recognized for outstanding clinical performance and awarded for excellence. 1994-1997: Specialized in Oncology and Hematology at MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER, Houston, Texas, USA. Acted as a Fellow in Oncology, leading first-year Clinical Oncology training. Managed and participated in groundbreaking research protocols across various clinics, including Breast Clinic, Solid Tumor Transplantation Clinic, Gynecological Cancer Clinic, Department of Immunotherapy, Department of Gastroenterology, and Department of Sarcomas/Melanoma. 7/1997-12/1997: Served as a Clinical Associate (Faculty Associate) in the Breast Clinic at MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER, Houston, Texas, USA. Conducted research work in collaboration with the Solid Tumors Transplantation Clinic. 1998-2002: Practiced as an Oncologist at the Agios Loukas Clinic in Thessaloniki, Greece. 2002 to date: Holds the position of Clinical Oncologist and Scientific Manager of the Oncology Department at European Interbalkan Medical Center. Additionally, serves as the President of the Oncology Council at the European Interbalkan Medical Center, showcasing continued dedication and leadership in the field of oncology.
