Who has access to my medical records?
In order to provide a full diagnosis and determine on the best course of treatment for you, it might be necessary to send your medical records to the hospital doctors. Those documents will be used/read, only by the doctors involved, during the preparation of your treatment. MedCareandBeyond is HIPAA compliant and has proper technical and organizational infrastructure in place, to ensure privacy of all patients.
Do I get charged when I book my treatment?
All participants will be required to make payment through ACH or Wire Transfer to confirm their booking. Four weeks prior to departure, a 20% deposit of the total procedure price will be required to reserve a booking. This fee, which entitles the participant to receive priority service, is non-refundable and non-transferable. Because of the special nature of the medical packages featured on this site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees. We strongly advise to avoid any cancellations.
